Generators and Large Equipment
All generators and large power systems are freight items delivered by tail-lift truck. Delivery is to the nearest accessible point on your site. A forklift or suitable lifting equipment must be available at the delivery address to unload. Lead times vary by product and location — typically 5 to 15 business days from order confirmation. We will contact you to confirm delivery scheduling prior to despatch.

Battery and Portable Equipment
Smaller battery systems and portable equipment are shipped via road freight. Delivery times are typically 3 to 7 business days depending on location. Remote area deliveries may take longer.

Freight Costs
Freight costs are calculated at checkout based on product weight, dimensions, and delivery location. For remote or regional sites, we may contact you prior to order confirmation if additional freight charges apply.

International Shipping
We do not currently ship outside of Australia.
